What do I need to know before signing up to VILA Club?

VILA Club is a digital loyalty programme where you collect points with every purchase made in-store, in the VILA app and on VILA.com. All stored in one place.

When you collect points, you unlock exclusive offers, rewards, event invitations and much more. When you have earned 2.000 points, a bonus voucher will be issued in your VILA app or on your account page. You can use the bonus voucher both in VILA stores, in the VILA app and on VILA.com.

You can find all your receipts from store and online purchases in your membership account in the VILA app or on VILA.com.

The membership is free, but you must be 18 years to become a member.

How do I collect points?

All your purchases in-store and online are rewarded with points. 1 € = 10 point (Local currencies)

To collect points in-store, always remember to scan your membership ID via your account page in the VILA app or on VILA.com.

Your points will be displayed on your membership account shortly after you have earned them.

If you add your birthday to your account, you will earn 50 extra points. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours before the points are assigned to your account..

How do I collect points if I'm already a member?

To start collecting points, you need to create an account even though you're already a member / signed up for our newsletter. If you already have an account, you're ready to collect points – all you have to do is to log in to your account.

Where can I find my rewards (points)?

You will find your latest offers and rewards on your account page in the VILA app or on VILA.com.

Please note that once you redeemed a discount or reward, it cannot be returned or reused. If you return an item, the points you earned from that item will be deducted from your points balance.

How do bonus vouchers work?

You will receive a bonus voucher when you have accumulated 2.000 points on your account.

Online: The bonus voucher is a promo code. This code needs to be submitted in the cart before checkout. Type the code in the “Promo code” field and press “Submit” for it to be applied. The voucher will expire 120 days after you have received it.

In stores: The voucher will be available on your account page. Press the voucher to reveal a QR code. The cashier needs to scan this QR code for the discount to be applied.

Why haven't I received my bonus voucher yet?

Bonus vouchers will appear on your account page shortly after you have reached enough points. If you experience any issues or if you haven't received your voucher within 24 hours, please contact our Customer Service. Customer Service.

For how long is my bonus valid?

Bonus vouchers must be used within 120 days and the expiry date can be found below on each voucher on your account page on VILA.com or the VILA app.

Where can I find my receipts?

All your receipts can be found under your account page on VILA.com or in the VILA app.

How do I receive my welcome offer?

To receive your welcome offer, you must create an account via the VILA app or on VILA.com. After you have confirmed your account, the welcome offer will be applied automatically during checkout.

If the discount is not applied, please try to log out and log in. If that doesn't help, please contact our Customer Service team.

Where can I find my membership ID?

You can find your membership ID on your account page on VILA.com or in the VILA app.

Can I use my membership abroad?

No. Your VILA Club membership is only valid in the country you reside in.

What happens if I return a product?

Points will be withdrawn from your balance of points.
